Taillight wiring for 2017 Softail slim
Hello all
Just got another bike after a few years.
The bike I purchased is used and came with aftermarket front and rear fenders so the factory taillight assembly was removed and replaced with two fender support mounted LED's made by Alloy Art. The driver's side is dead and I need to replace the unit.
I took a look under the seat to find each marker hooked up to plugs (lack of a better word) that snap in to the harness. Pretty simple installation.
The current units only have two wires where the plugs themselves have three wires. Can anyone tell me what each of the three wires from the plugs are? I'm assuming ground, run, blinker/brake, but I don't know what color is what.
