09 Fatboy - Crank- no Start. Stumped

You have assured me it has good spark and you are getting starter spray into intake.
So get it warmed up first start in the morning when you say it runs good. Turn it off. Let it sit and see if it restarts. If it doesn't, pull plugs and see if there so wet, it won't fire ..
if not wet, might consider replacing temperature sensor in throttle body. However, if that's the problem, it should still pop on starter fluid.
