In your picture that looks chrome. That would be a different prt number than the OEM, which were not chrome..
As to the OEM piece, it was part #67814-86 which is #57 in this parts diagram.

I don't know what the chrome, triple clamp cover part numbers are. There was a Harley kit (no longer available) and some aftermarket kits. Maybe look on eBay...

On my bike (2011 Fatboy Lo) it's: 68055-10BHP TRIM STRIP, FRONT PANEL
Can't find the part number for your year, the diagram is incorrect. But I'm sure if you dig around in different years you'll find it. I think they're the same for most softails.
