Appreciate the follow-up.
There is a bunch of us with old rides still kicking around.

Send the bike to workshop and the mechanic did a fuel pressure test. Fuel pressure low.
Open up the fuel tank to check, found a small crack on the plastic housing. The mechanic told me this is quite common problem with old bike. Replace it together with new fuel filter.
Now the bike is smooth, responsive as it should be.
For anyone experiencing similar issue, get your fuel pressure checked. Maybe it is the same issue.

It is such a common problem, that Trask went to the trouble of designing and manufacturing a billet regulator housing to replace that crack-prone OEM plastic housing....

I believe this should be the one.

I have no idea if you can just get the housing only. I am also keen to know if the housing is available separately.

I just noticed you have a newer Twin Cam... The Trask billet regulator housing I mentioned earlier is for the older Twin Cams. 88" Twin Cams had the issue with the plastic regulator housings cracking & leaking a lot.

I was unaware it was also happening on the newer 96" & 103" Twin Cams.

I am also unaware of anyone making the regulator housing separately for the newer Twin Cams... I believe it is only available with the "Filter Module Assembly"..

Someone who knows more about this than me, will surely chime in if I am mistaken..
