Most of trouble shooting experiences is looking for lack of voltage, where you keep splitting circuit up, until you find where power is missing.. Start at one end or the other, or the middle. But similar for looking for grounds, you switch breakers off, until ground goes away, the split that circuit up.
BCMs are not my wheelhouse. But I would think simarly you disconnect things. As said above with the o2 sensor. I would maybe let it sit for 15 minutes to see if draw changes after it was off for awhile. Start disconnect bulbs, or breaking connectors. Major PIA this way, probably a way a more experienced auto mechanic might suggest.
But also still comes to, what is an acceptable draw. What does BCM, fob, clock if you have one draw?
