I'l looking to go a bit higher on the bars on my 08 Crossbones and woulld like to go with a 1.25" bar. Every set of bars I see that says they fit the Springers have a center spacing that is too narrow. I saw an adapter that moves the spacing in, but it also looks like it moves the bars closer to the tank, and they all say they aren't compatible with the OEM front end.
So.... to all of you that already have 1.25" bars on your Springers, who did you find that makes them, or what kind of information do you have on the adapters available to make them fit.
Years ago I had gotten bars for my Roadglide from a JSR customs and I remember he made them specifically for Springers. I looked for his website again, but can't find anything. If anyone has a lead on that, that would be appreciated.

The top tree on my FX springer is made by Vulcan Engineering. Direct bolt on for Harley springers. It does move the bars back about 3/4”. No interference with the gas tank and I have a 1” tank lift on bike also. The bars you’re looking at come in many dimensions. You really have a wide variety of choices when it comes to bars.
So.... as much as it pained me to do, I wound up trading in the Crossbones the other day on a 24 Springfield. I guess at the end of the day I was just more attached to the Roadglide than I was to the Springer, and I've always wanted an Indian. Truth be told, that was what I was looking for before I ever even bought a Harley. I used to try to figure out how to put Indian style fenders on my low rider back in the day. Give it about a year and once I have more space in the garage I'll find another Crossboness.
