I've flashed a Dynojet PV4 to the bike.
Comes alive from around 2000rpms.
I can feel torque having a dance through the twisties (English Countryside roads) and just as good on the motorways when encountering an overtake.
I like the tune from the PV4, simple Bluetooth upload and I know also that if I got the bike on a rolling road,!! I'm sure the result would be sufficient enough for good times ahead!
I'm going for the Torque Stage 2 kit.!
Considering the above...
What should I expect from the St2?

Tazbone, That is exactly what I did to my 114, see below in my signature. It was the best money I've spent on my bike. Headers with no cats let it breath better, engine runs cooler. The sound with my slip ons is perfect at hwy speeds, doesn't rattle my head on long days in the saddle. The SE Torque cam did exactly what I wanted, no need most of the time to downshift a gear for power, just roll on the throttle unless you really want to take off then down shift. From 2,200 rpm up the torque is there with the roll of the right wrist. At 850 RPM warm idle the nice thump thump thump million dollar HD sound is there. My SGS had a high flow stock breather so I didn't need to change that, and I like the stock look to boot. At full throttle it's very loud. To get max acceleration you have to shift at 4,500 not redlining at 5,500 or you lose power/speed with the torque cam. Lastly, I was going to get a vented dip stick and or crankcase breather, or head breather drain tubes for head breather oil blow by (the talk of the town online lately). My parts guy and master mechanic told me to fill engine oil at 2 dots above 1/2 when warm - problem solved for me - no more oil splattered air cleaner or oil coated throttle body intake and that also saved me some $. I'm going to be 60 this year so I prefer torque at my age over the high speeds of my youth. It really made such a performance difference to me I have no desire to do Stage 3 or 4, I'm set engine wise. It actually rode like a different engine it was that much of a difference to me, love it. Just my thoughts and experience, I hope you get the same satisfaction I did with the Stage 2 on the 114.

You've sold it to me with your description as to how you feel with stage 2.
Like yourself my high end high speed days a well behind me and I'd be more than happy rolling on the throttle to release Instant power.
Im also going to change the plastic manifold for steel, I believe it may also aid the engine for stage 2.
In 2 weeks I'll have it all completed and right now my excitement is over flowing.
Thanks very much indeed for your input here mate it's really appreciated Thanks

My pleasure, I forgot to add, there were no cons to the S2 upgrade from my experience. When your build is complete come back and let us/me know how it worked out for you. The plastic manifold is a part I've contemplated along with many others but will leave until my extended warranty runs out in 2027 so HD can fix on their dime 1st if they fail.
Taz, I have a 2022 X that I did stage 2 on with the SE tuner. My plan with the 2022 is to keep it covered by warranty. So I used the Harley torque cam. It runs pretty good and I am running the stock air cleaner. On the touring bikes Harley offers a wedge and I may add that. I have Harley chrome points that need used I chose to replace the plastic air cleaner.
When I compare the stage 2 costs to the stage 4 which I have done (twice now) on my 2012 110 motor I think its reasonable and the 114 motor runs well. There are non Harley options but I am keeping my warranty for a few years.
The right Stage 2 cam will transform your bike. The difference between a Stage 1 and Stage 2 is felt immediately. A properly tuned Stage 2 will give you about 30 more hp and torque than stock. Could be more, won't be less.
