We picked up a '16 Heritage Softail today. It will be primarily for my wife to ride. The windshield is off in the picture, but we did get. 20K miles on the clock. She runs and rides really nice.

I'm pretty sure it is almost completely stock. It does have the small tach in the speedo, which I don't think was original and the rear pegs look to have been changed. That's all I can see. Oh, and it's a CPO bike!

You're correct on the rear pegs and the tach in speedo as accessory add-ons...
Plus.... it has an accessory engine guard, an accessory luggage rack behind the sissy bar, and the OEM detachable windshield is missing...
