I have the Security II alarm installed on my 2020 Fat Boy and it works just fine. The problem is I purchased the pager but can't get it to pair up. I have the same system on my 2022 Street Glide and it works just fine with the pager. The problem I find is that the Fat Boy doesn't have an actual switch for the ignition like the touring models. The instruction state to put the pager into pairing mode and then turn the ignition on and off to complete the pairing. I've tried using the switch on the grip (turning the ignition on and off) but that doesn't work.
Anyone have the security system II with the pager and no actual ignition switch and get them to pair up?

Just a thought....
You may get more/better answers in the 2018+ Softail section...
This section is for the older Softails, before the M8 mono-shock "softail" versions...

I don't know if this would work or not but, it may be worth a try. Remove the siren from the Street Glide, and install it on the Fat Boy. If it remains paired to the original pager, install the Fat Boy siren on the Street Glide, and pair the new pager using the Street Glide ignition switch. Good luck.

Thanks but switching the alarm on the Fat boy is a project and a half. You have to remove the battery and the battery box to get at the module. It's an easy hour and half job.
I'm going to repost this in the 2018 Soft tail section.

I understand. I'm only familiar with the touring alarm location. The swap would only be a temporary fix anyways. I believe the pager needs to be paired again after it's battery is replaced. Give this a try. After turning the run switch on, quickly press & hold the trip switch to enter accessory mode. I'm thinking that may simulate an ignition on/off. Again, good luck.
