Wait a sec. did I miss something, did they stop making the springer softail for '08. That's a pile of crap if they did.

Wasnt the only 07 springer the Screaming Eagle? A local dealer told me when I was looking at one of those that the Springer was on it's way out.

The last year was 06' actually. They are still making the screaming eagle version (CVO) though.

IT'S GONE, now we have the lovely ROCKER instead. Oh yea the Standard & Deuce are gone too.
Bottom of the line '08 Softail is the Night Train.

It'll be back, the FXSTC has been gone since 1999, but it's back and bad a$$ as ever.

IT AIN'T HARD TO MAKE A SPRINGER, JUST ADD THE FRONT END TO YOUR FAVORITE SOFTAIL.

Yes there was. I bought one since '07 was the last year for that one. So now the only "out of the box" Springer is the CVO, but it's a bit on the pricey side.

It wasn't called a Heritage - the Softail Springer Classic (FLSTSC) was made in '07 (96 inch/6-speed) and is now discontinued. The only Springer model made now is the Screaming Eagle.
