I have to agree as well. Saw one yesterday and it was smaller than I expected. I sat on it and found it very uncomfortable. The seat spread my hips (this sounds so wrong) to the point that it was almost painful. The gear case was also hitting my left calf. I'm 6' tall so I figured I'd be able to get my feet flat on the ground comfortably. I was wrong. Bring back the Deuce!
I saw one in person today too and although I really wanted to like it, I have to say I didn't. It just didn't feel right. The sales guy was acting all excited about it as he held the bars so i could 'get a feel for it'. I'll stick with my RK for now.

I had to go to Chicago this past week and had some time to kill so I stopped in at the local HD dealer and they had a Rocker C on the floor. I had hoped that I just didn't like it in the pics and it would look better in person, but, it looked worse in person. From the side it just doesn't flow. The tank doesn't sit right or something. Then, I had to go over to Michigan on more business and stopped in a dealer there and they had the Rocker. It looks even worse with all the cast gray, and this one I was able to sit on, this made me happy I decided to grab my 07' Deuce and not wait for the Rocker. It doesn't sit right either. I am anxious to see what some folks do with it though, I'm sure there will be some nice ones done up the right way. I really think they would have been further ahead to update the Deuce, just my .02 cents though.
thanks Marsh. that's a nice Heritage you've got there. I noticed you're from Franklin TN. Stopped at the Loveless cafe there about two 1/2 years ago after riding up the trace. Beautiful area up there.

I had the same experience. I'm 6'1" and I felt like i was very high. That seat on the C is very wide and very uncomfortable. Not the typical softail feel of sitting "in" the bike. It felt like I was sitting on a lifted Ultra. Quite frankly when you get a chance to sit on one, I think you will come to the same conclusion; it's the worst feeling HD I've ever sat on. BTW the one I sat on already had damage to the fender from the folding tampon seat.
HD really dropped the ball with that bike.
R&Dhad a chance to unveil a new model, with some real potential, and they chose the cheap way out.
It looks like a bikedeveloped from a crate full of old Deuce parts they had in the corner, and slapped together in one day.
What a joke.
Couldnt agree more, think this bike is all hype. I hear people talking about it like its going to be some icon of HD. I think this bike isnt nearly as nice as people are making it out to be.
