problem is that you have to have one of H-D's technicians tune it, which scares the crap out of me. i'd rather have the FuelPak where you know that the tuners make maps all day long. if you plan on just going with a H/F air cleaner and pipes then there is nor reason to give H-D almost $1,000 for a map with the SERT...

I would have to say it all depends on where you have it tuned! The dealer I brought mine to actually sends the tuner out to seminars with Dynojet, Direct-Link, Etc. to learn about all the latest tuning tricks and techniques and that is what he does all day long at the dealer. he builds a custom map for your setup and if you have additional mods he adjusts it for you at no additional charge. I guess I got lucky in finding someone that is knowledgeable. The tuner also told me never to go with a plug in mod for the 2007 their have been many problems and has the proof to back it up. ( a Line of bikes to have tuned right) like I said I must have got lucky in finding him, because my bike runs great and I am set for further adjustments.

SoCal... hate to burst yer bubble I own my own shop andtune bikes all day long for 199.00 with the sert/PCIII/ThunderMax... my proof is in my sheet I posted ... Where's yer's .. LOL
Fuel Pak is what's called a strap on for those thatdont have the real thing....LOL
