This Bothers me
Inoticed your from Rochester and was just therelast weekend for the first time.A footballrecruiting visit for my son to U of R. Nice town from what I couldsee through the constant snow. It would of been nice to see the bike on the roof you mentioned. Anyway, if he ends up going there I'll be sure to visit when the weather does get better. Steve.
If I get a chance I'll try to get a pic of it tomorrow and post it for you.I tried to get one earlier today but the weather wasn't very cooperative. I'll try again tomorrow, but no promises. If your son does come to school, the U of R is one of the bestaround.
Lots of nice roads around here if your looking to take aride to nowhere, just don't try goingNorth more than a couple of miles past my place. So far as I know Harley's don'tfloat worth a damn and Lake Ontario gets really deep.

Citoriplus,

Front of the store. You can just see the 'bike' up in the right hand corner of the roof.

Here's the same angle with the telephoto lens.

The building is actually triangular in shape andthe bike is up in the front corner. So I went around the back and took a couple more from there.

And another from the same spot with the telephoto lens. You can see that there are no cables or wires to the handlebars, no seat. Not sure what all there really is there. But it would be fun to get up there for acloser look.

Taking the pics I realized that it may not be a Panhead, buta knucklehead andlooks likeit may have beenput together from a pile of leftover or scrap parts.Next time I go by when they are open I'll have to stop in and ask them about it. I only know that its been up there for as long as I have lived here and I moved here about 20 years ago. So its been there at least that long.
If your really interested, PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send you the same pics in their original large size. Maybe you can see more than I can/did.
What a waste!
Stevemet4,
Do that, I look forward to it. Especially if your riding.
