Wanna custom front rim

Wanna custom front rim
Where is the cheapest place I can get a new 21" front rim? I like my spoke butits too much of a pain to clean. I want chrome not polished. I like the H-D reaper and the RC Components Outlaw.
Any suggestions?

I replaced my 21" spoke front wheel for the same hard to clean reason. I wanted a good looking wheel at a decent price, so went with the Harley mirror chrome six spoke wheel. For my bike I also needed to get the HD installation kit (mainly for bearings & valve stem)& since my bike only has single brake up front, I also needed an HDchrome hub end cap.
I was very please with how it turned out.

I dont know what its worth. Also I might just get a new tire instead of taking the original off the rim. Although it only has 1000 miles on it.
I would like to get a new rim first. I would like to spend around $500 for a rim
