I called Vance and Hines a month ago. They stated they were beginning to work on the "factory sanctioned" pipes (some have already installed the big radius and BR 2-1) finalized. The dude stated it could be a month or so until they get it completed. You can most likely get the current pipes to fit with some minor modifications, but V & H stated they would not cover any of these under warranty.
I'm willing to wait awhile longer, as I really like the BR pipes. Any have any update on these pipes? I guess I could call V & H again, but thought some of you might have already talked to them.
Also, what other pipes do you think would look good on my Blue Rocker-C?
I have the same word as you on the BR pipes. I haven't seen any other pics of the Rocker with different pipes. There was a guy working with Photoshop who was able to picture the bike with the BR pipes and some other mods. They look great, I plan to swap my stock pipes out as soon as they are available.
Try out Wicked Brothers, performance or OEM series. Any one of those pipes would look good, about 8 to choose from. They are all 2-1 though but that is what I like.
I kind of thought that...One of my local guys is installing them already. I told them I want to wait to have them covered under warranty. Not sure I can wait that long, as the stock pipes are pretty embarrasing[8D]
I just checked with Hooker for some Troublemakers, but they don't have anything for Rockers either. From my conversation with the tech, it didn't seem like they were in a rush to get them done either.
I think the rocker didn't sell so well and with that, aftermarket manufacturers aren't going to put much time or money into R&D for products. Might be stuck with a very limited selection or shelling out for custom fab.
