There was one installed on my bike when I bought it last June. I took it off and sold it less than a month later. It is entirely a personal preference and opinion of course, but to me, the toolbox seemed difficult to open, didn't actually lock (any tube key would open mine), was bulky, heavy and of limited use. Nice chrome though
I'll probably get a custom made swingarm bag at some point for misc. items I want to carry on my bike.

They can be rekeyed to match your bike. Just peel back the black plastic on your stock key and record the number stamped there. Bring the toolbox lock cylinder and key number to your H-D dealer, and they can take care of it for you. It takes a few weeks though.
Oh yeah when you go to remove the lock tongue, be aware that the screw is installed with red Loctite. Hit it with a torch first or you'll break something. Don't ask me how I know.
Man dude, your bike has one serious old school look going on and I like it a lot! Looks AWESOME!!!
I just added the fender rails to my Heritage and I love the look!
Nice accessory, especially in chrome. Perfect size for a 9mm or .40 cal, but a bit risky with the questionable locking mechanism unless you make sure to remove the "tool" every time you leave the bike.
