Howdy Folks,
Just put a Tall Boy seat on my FXST. Wow! What a difference. Perfect fit from my hips down now, but the bars need to come back/up an inch or two. Anybody switch to taller risers (using stock bars) without having to recable everything?
On my Fatboy I could go to 4 in. before I had to recable. I'm suprised you haven't got answers on this yet. I always thought 4 was kind of standard but don't take my word for it. Don't waste money on Harley risers, they cost double andlook identicle toMOST aftermarkets.
Bikenight, I looked to see if I could find the ones I bought and I can't. They were 4 in pullbacks and I think they were about $30 and a couple buck shipping.
Thanks for tryin'.I should be able to come across something. Riser choicesfor my '07 Fatboy were very limited due to the fatter bars, but the Standards are fairly easy to find. Just hate to have to change the brake line if I don't have to.
