I don't have a 6th gear and cruise at 70 to 75 with traffic. Seems the RPMs are pretty mellow, not revvy at all at these speeds and if passing is needed, simple twist does the trick nicely. Why need a 6th gear I thought yesterday cruising along.
So yesterday I thought to ask the '07+ crowd - Do you guys use the 6thgear much???
I use it and it's so smooth I don't relize I'm going 80 at times. I back off around 70 to 75 and it just purrs along. It will dog out if your going below 60.
I only hit mine at speeds 60+. It is very smooth. I know it is not much of a comparison, but there is a big difference at 70-75 on my Sporty and in 6th on the Rocker.
