I finally decided on how tall my apes are going to be (16"), so I'm ordering a full set of cables too (clutch, single disc brake and throttle), could you tell me what lenght do I have to order for such apes? Lenght for each specific cable? Any manufacturer reccomended??? Fat Boy bike BTW.
I got this link from another forum member, not sure who. Anyways you put in your bike, the style of bars and he customs orders your cables the right length. I got mine from him, took about a week and a half ofr delivery, but they were perfect!
I have 16" on my FXSTC and used plus 8" on throttle and clutch. I had to make up my own universal brake because there is nothing yet for the '08. I used Barnett platinum and Goodridge platinum for brake.
