the sprocket bolt covers are a Harley part. Just look up softail and it is the standard size.
On the other covers, they are most likely Hot Toppers that I have had left over from other bikes. I tried a bunch on some of the more exposed bolts, and actually found a few that would it.

A lot of the Rocker owners, especially the "C" owners, are looking for a seat that will emit a lower profile. The trick is that the rear swingarm has about 3" on travel, so that present somewhat of a problem for something too low as the seat will not move in unison with the rear swingarm. I'm sure some mfg. will come up with a clever idea on how to exhibit a lower profile with the seat, but still maintain the required clearance for the rear swingarm to absorb the bumps.
