Yes, make sure you get the stainless steel ones. They go into the pipes right where the pipe bolts to the head. I think they cost around $16 for the pair.
I don't know about the Heirtage but the Fatboy headpipes and mufflers are different and won't fit on the Deluxe. You would have to modify the brackets quite a bit to do a fit. Not worth the effort, just buy a nice set of aftermarket pipes and pick up 7-12 HP if you add a Screeming Eagle Air Cleaner and have Harley download a new EFI mapp for you.
Great ride and those pipes look awsome. What are the mount like for the left hand side? Odd question but just Springer Duals and curiouse if there will be any issues.

Before I bought my pipes I asked the dealer about using the springer pipes. They said they would fit though I have heard from others that they are tight. The parts guy said not only are they expensive but that the way the pipes are made there may be problems with the springer pipes after a while. Something about the crossover pipe cracking....DON'T TAKE THIS AS GOSPEL --> It's what was told to me. He said the problem existed on all bikes with a similar setup including the touring bikes. The final outcome wa that he suggested the Samson True Duals if that was the look I wanted. Take it for what it is worth (I'm not a mechanic).
