Probably no room for the electrics, sensors, etc. Its like the security system. It just blinks the turn signals, no siren or even blowing the horn. Not much of a theft deterent. At least it someone tries to steal it the motor won't start, theoretically.
Most H-D bikes offer the siren as an option to the security system. Luckily, that option does fit with the Rocker. I had the Smart Siren II installed by the dealer and they showed me how the fit is perfect under the Rocker seat. It also allows the use of a pager if desired.
As of right now only the touring bikes have ABS no softails or dynas have them. Im sure it has to go w/ the electrics & stuff, there isnt a lot of room on the rocker for safety features lol

I agree, there must be no room for it and it would bump the price on the bikes lowering sales. As for the Alrm on Harleys
There is A 6.00 dollar fix to just flashing lights for a security system. Works Great!! Best six dollars spent on my bike.
