Thanks all for all the info I went to the dealership over the weekend here on Long island, I did not sign anything yet. The deal I worked out was 08 vivid black fatboy for msrp, said they can't wave the crate charge but would give a few hundred towards Harley accessories. Im going down Tues to sign IM going to make them give me more in money towards accessories to cover the crate charge. Do you guys think this is a good deal? Thanks for everyones help and hopefully I will be getting my first Harley very soon.
I don't know alot about new bikes, but just like cars, you're gonna get it...and you know what I mean.
Bought mine used, reason you ask?
Stage I included
Pipes
Riders essentials: Sissy Bar and Windshield
They also included the 5 year unlimited warranty. (split the cost)
No setup fee
No Shipping
Bike was only 1 year old with 1500 miles.
Paid 2,000 under.
Take a look at the used bikes. There's no love for me and new motos, except if you're hell bent on having a new bike.
Yeah I am in the market for a new bike as well, really want a 2008 red fatboy love that color. Used bikes probably would be a better deal but I donât think there is any for sale around here. All good advice
