My understanding is that the 08 touring bikes came from the factory with the IDS fix but that the other&nbsp\\;08&nbsp\\;models can be retrofitted.&nbsp\\; &nbsp\\;Has anyone installed one on their softail?&nbsp\\;and did it fix the&nbsp\\;5th&nbsp\\;gear rattle.&nbsp\\;

 

Well I called harley davidson about four months ago ,and asked them when they would have the IDS for the softails ,and they said they were working on it ,but I haven seen anything from them yet ,I have the o7 deluxe ,and I wish something would come along!&nbsp\\; Bill
