Before you go spending a lot of money on a new seat, try a sheepskin cover from Alaska Leather. \\; I put one on my Deluxe and it feels a lot better. \\; $66.95 which includes shipping.

I think one of the methods HD uses to get the Deluxe to be so low is to not put in much support and padding in the seat. Too bad you couldn't put a Heritage seat on it. There are a bunch for sale on Ebay.
