I've got bossbags on mine and they're awesome bags.

If you're looking to spend a bit less cash check this guy on ebay. A friend of mine just got some bags from him. He has many styles or great looking bags and they come with easybrackets.

here's his ebay 'store'

no affiliation to me yada yada.

If you gonna use the Easy brakets, (they work good, I used them before I got my bbreprodution bags). What ever bag you use with the easy brackets , they will work better if the back of the bag has a good hard back made for such brackets. I had mine on thick leather bags and had to make some homemade supports for the bags so they wouldnt sag so much, any way just make sure the backs of the bags are good n hard to wrk good with the easy brackets, you can check with easy brackets for bags designed for thier brackets.
Yeah, I used EasyBrackets on a non-rigid set of bags already and what I did was cut out a piece of Plexi-glass to the shape of the back of the bag to make it rigid and slipped it inside and then bolted the EasyBrackets on. Worked great.

OK guys, I think I get your point and will continue my search. I was trying to keep the costs down a bit but I may have to re-evaluate that thought.

DON"T DO IT!!! I had the Desperado bags, too. What the dudes are telling you about the backs is true. My first one broke with only my leather jacket in it. Having the bag flop down while you're booking it at 80 ain't fun. The straps came unsewed and broke regularly. I modified the mounting system by adding a steel bracket inside the bag to distribute the stresses. All in all, they were a waste of my money, time, and resources. If you want a set of Desperado bags, I'll give you mine for the shipping costs.

I wouldn't put a set of Saddlemen bags on a Vespa!

Thanks for the offer - LOL - -but I'll pass....

Wouldn't want to see my delicates spread all over the rode behind me....HAHA
