Install and Run report  \\; I installed the XIED's, True Duo Long Barrel Upswept Exhaust and Big Sucker Intake.  \\; Tested installation prior to installing the XIED's and the bike ran crappy as I thought it would. Remember no Fuel management system installed.  \\; I installed the XIED's and noticed right away the change in tone of the bike. Sounded stronger.  \\; Packed up for the overnight trip and headed out to VA from PA, a total of 170 miles each way.  \\; Bike ran great! Noticed more power and quicker throttle response.  \\; I was able to shift into 6th gear around 50-55 MPH with no lugging.  \\; I was actually able to knock myself back from the seat several times when I cracked the throttle open in 3rd and 4th gear.  \\; No heat gun but was able to notice less heat between the legs.  \\; Still no fuel management system installed.  \\; So to sum it up I would highly recommend these to anyone…

I wouldn't plan on drastic heat reductions. I installed them on my bike a few months back. I like them and they made a noticeable difference in performance, but didn't drop my heat that much. I will prob add the HD oil cooler over the winter to try and help the heat issue more.
Installed a a pair on my 2010 fatboy lo. I have a V&H fuel pack and they seem to work well together. I noticed right away improved throttle response. I also have no poping on decel. Can't speak of engine and exhaust heat it was in the 50's today. So easy to install.
Same here...... XiED and FuelPak. They work very well together. I just installed the Rush 2 into 1 pipes and there isn't a hitch anywhere in any gear or speed. For some probably unrelated issue, I used to get a little bit of popping with my Rush 1.75" slip-ons, but after switching to the 2 into 1s, nothing but smooth in the upshift or down shift in all gears.
