I hated toe shifting on my sportster.

Love the heel toe on the fatboy.

My legs are too long to keep on moving my foot back and forth for the heel shifter so I took it off.

I took it off too...honestly, though, for looks, I'd have to go with both. But safety is the key as has been pointed out...I just didn't get the hang of it and after 2 months of tryng I removed it...

I'm with Spike 96, I took it off, right on the side of the road.&nbsp\\; Damn near dumped my bike after getting it caught on my pant leg, it was off after about 20 miles.

I cant see how people get their pant legs stuck on the heel shifter of their bikes.&nbsp\\; Either you are wearing bell bottoms, or just wear pants that are just too damn big.&nbsp\\; My last 2 bikes had heel toe shifters and I have never once gotten my pant leg caught.&nbsp\\;
