I went through a similar situation with my bike, I couldn't find one that I liked. I finally did a Google search for sissy bars and found one that I liked. I got some steel at work for free and my son made it for me.

Might I suggest you ensure you want to keep the seat. \\; I am ready to replace my seat and now I have a sissy bar that will need a new pad because it matches the stock seat. \\; [:@]

I like the look of the bike as is too. Maybe I should have asked, what are my options for carrying enough stuff for a few days out on the road?

Stock Softail Custom bar looks good to me.
