I cant manage my time to ride 2 bikes, wife was bitching all the time, Sportster has to go.
I paid $10,999 cad in Sep 2006, HD dealer gave me a $1,500 in-strore credit for accessories, total paid $9,499. I sold it to a guy for $9,300 today, 16,000km 2 years riding, my loss is $199. I have to take the loss on the accessories but not a big deal.
Do I miss my Sportster? Yes but my Fatboy treats me so well, happy camper.

Greetings,

There are people that do keep their bikes. For instance, the 05 Night Train I traded in on my Rocker C I had for 3 years and put 23,000 miles on it.
Still got my 05 Sportster... for the time being anyway... but in three years I've only put 25,000 on it... no wife to bitch but it is twice the work keeping two bikes up...
