I shoot for every 10,000 miles and use plain old plugs.

stock plugs every 5K along with the fluids...may be overkill but no problems

I'm with you can't see changing plugs every year....I don't look for problems....but 10K is a safe bet

I have 10k on mine. My bike hasn't been running the best lately. Maybe it's time to change them.

Just did mine today at 10,000 and they looked great. Very light tan to white. Have V&H Big Radius, Ness Big Sucker, and the SERT. Gap was getting a little wide and instead of adjusting gap, for $6 bucks i think that is cheap for lasting 10K. Running the stock plugs and have had no problems with them so far. Was running a little rough at idle and now it is smoothed out just like new.
