I know this has been ask before, but I cant find it for some reason.
Has anybody installed an air ride on the Rocker. I know orthodoc has done it and I have sent him a p.m.
I need some questions answered before making the purchase
Call Aaron Land at Hi-Lo Rider. (818) 203-2853. He can sort you out. Tell him Andrew sent you. I don't know if you have been following but I got this system last week and am really happy with it. I also have no affiliation with this company and don't stick my neck out for others unless I feel they really are good for their word. The on the fly adjustability and smooth ride are uncomporable to anything I have ever experienced on a bike. Here is his website. www.bikebuddypro.com It doesn't ahve the rocker lsited but I am sure he can hook you up. Trust me, you'll love it and that lifetime warranty is well worth it.
Hey GaDawgsFan, I am also looking for an air suspension for my Rock. The guy who painted my bike suggested I go with the Legend L3. I haven't tried it, but he said it is one of the best. It is a bit expensive, around $1600. He said it does on-the-fly also, plus you can get some nice chrome buttons that fit by the hand grips.
I was also considering the SAS-00, I've heard some good things about them also.
i spoke with the guys from sas, they said they are not sure if theirs will fit they havent done one. i think orthodoc had it installed on his, and if im not mistaken he had to do some modifying. aaron at hi-lo said his would work but there is a couple of features im not sure about with his, so im still looking for now. ill keep you posted on my finds
I'm trying to remember the one I saw that I liked.. It was a self-contained unit that fit right in there where the stock shocks were.. No external compressor to mount.. I liked that feature a lot... I think PuckThis (or something like that) had it installed in his ride..
i bet it would fit. all the other parts that say "won't fit rocker" have fit. the standard 422 progressive shocks fit, so i would guess the sas system would
