Thanks RJ,
Luckily I have put Chrome Cam Covers, so I have the stock ones damaged outside, I will try both techniques on them (Scotch brite + Harley Spary) and (Eagle 1 clean ) , and I will let you guys know what worked better, maybe post some pictures too.

I can't wait to go home to start working on this.

SOLVED,
Here is what does not work.. Scotch Brite, Eagle one Etching Mag, Aluminum Polish.
Here is what worked in 3 minutes like Magic.. 'Harley Davidson Silver Bead Spray",
I can not believe it, I could not believe my eyes, it was done in 1 minute !.
I practiced at my Tranny cover that I replaced with Chrome ones, it was on the floor in my kitchen, I took pictures before and 1 minute after.
In the before pictures, you see some Clean Oven damage, you also see some scotch brite damage, some CLR damage (I was just playing around)...

The pictures are here to prove that there is cure .

Now the next step is the shiny Aluminum Tabet covers .. these could prove tricky, but we are half way there already.. I am heading downstairs now to my bike to start working on the engine.. I also got the touch up parts for the Engine fins..

I've used S100 Total Cycle Finish Restorer p/n 17075T with good results on polished aluminum covers. It takes stains and restores the shine on covers with alittle elbow grease. Good luck!

For dirt and stains on silver motors I always use carb and choke cleaner, makes the engine look like brand new.
