Default Fuel Injection

Hey all,
I'm putting a new exhaust on my '06 N.T. Because it's fuel injected, I'm told I need a Dynotech Power Cammander. Does anyone know if the V&H Fuel Pak will work instead?

Thanks,

CJ

did you put the stg 1 kit in yet? if not you might want to consider doing it all at the same time. i don't thinks the fuel pak will do the job.. you need the power commander or the SE race tuner.

I just did V&H pipes on my 06 fatboy... Did the SE Air Kit and PCIII all at the same time.

I asked about the Fuel Pak too... Apparently it is user friendly in the setup but it is not as robust as the SERT (Screaming Eagle Race Tuner) or Dynajet's PowerCommnader. I went with the powercommander because of recomendations on this board and it is also what the Dealership recommended.

I have heard some people recommend the Arlin Ness BigSucker Air Kit as well... Dunno... I just went with the Screaming Eagle Airkit and bought it from Zanotti's for $108.00

From what I have heard, you won't need a SERT or PCIII if you are ONLY installing an exhaust. You need it if you open up the intake and exhaust.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

V/r

P.S. I dont think there are PCIII maps just for exhaust upgrades.

EFI and you're just changing the pipes, you don't need to do anything. If you change the Intake, you're going to need a remap.

If you do both pipe and AC don't use the HD download. it's too lean for the 06

well... I think the other point is that if you do the exhaust you really want to do the intake... so that leads right up to the PCIII....
