Default Fatboy Questions

hello. i was looking into getting a fatboy that may be up for sale in the near future from a friend at work. so, i have a couple of questions.
1. can the front end be lowered?
2. if so, what kit should i get?
3. are there aftermarket lower legs available?

thanks in advance!

Yes, the front can be lowered with a kit from HD or other manufacturers, they are simply shorter springs.
You can buy lower legs that are chrome or black powder coat from HD. I have the chrome ones on mine.

Yes you can Mine is lowered 2" Arlen Ness Kit.
* Use one kit to lower both the front and rear of Softail 00-06 models
* Each kit includes shortened dampers, rear shock extensions and a shortened chrome kick stand
* Uses OEM front springs
* FXST models are lowered 2 1/2 in. and FLST models 2 in.
