"I changed the ingine oil and primary"

Are you working on the trans plug between the shocks or the primary plug on the chaincase?. Assuming the Rocker has the same setup as the Heritage.

They will probably cross thread it and blame it on you

Okay, I was a bit confused because you initially said you had changed the engine and primary. When I did the tran which is between the shocks it was pretty straight forward. As I recall I used just the rachet extension to start it. If you did that it's hard to imagine you could've cross threaded it but anything's possible I guess. I'll definitely keep your mishap in mind next time I change mine out and be especially careful.

Good luck. Gotta be really tought w/o a jack. If you think it might be cross threaded Rbabos has the right idea.

Good choice, 20-50 is way to light, im running Amsoil 75-90 gear lube in tranny. No problems. Regarding drain plug, use allen wrench long end up, and tighten short end with open end wrench. WORKS PERFECT, NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES.

Ditto that...Allen key long end up. Use a mirror to get the plug lined up...clean and smear with oil...ease it in.

Well I got it back in no leaks so far knock on wood!!i havent got to take it for a spin that will tell if it is going to leake. It was a little tight at first and I ran it all the way up and then took it out and cleaned the threads and put some permatex on the threads and snugged it back up! hope it holds .The thing of it is it was really tight all the way out the first time I took it out it may have been cross threaded from the factory. Thanks for the help guys!
