Default Waffle Gel Pads

You can buy a seat cushion to try them out, or sheets of the stuff to put in your rebuilt seat here:

http://estore.websitepros.com/108841...exGel+Products

There are two thicknesses. If you have the right kind of seat (more padding than some others) buy the thicker stuff.

This is not your everday gel seat pad!

The good news is I had surgery a week ago and recovering. The bad news is I have to wait until May 13 before I can ride the scoot again...

Glad you are recovering. Is that what the doctor said about May 13?
If your like me you will ride sooner. I was on the way to a ride of 300 miles with my group and I hit a deer. I rode the 300 miles and then went ot the hospital to get checked out.

Thanks for the tip on the comfy saddle. It rains a lot here, so I'll skip the sheepskin but will consider the beaded bum pad.

TK - it's the doc who told me to ride in May 13.

I put 30K miles on a Mustang Solo with a back rest but it still did not satisfy me. I eventually sprang for a Corbin Touring seat which is heaven for back and pelvic support. Firm, yes definitely but now that it is broken in I can go all day with no problem.
