Default E-bay browsers?

I love looking at cycles and all of the various accessories. I of course check out the pictures on this site. Now that the weather is getting nicer I will be taking some pics of my own bike with all of the new mods and should be able to post them soon. Every so often I enter the search term Fatboy or Softail on e-bay and then click on e-bay motors to narrow the search and then check out all of the stuff. Just wondering how many of you might be as addicted as me or if there are any other sites that you look at too?

I look over eBay's Harley - other category a lot and dream about having a few extra grand and a ton better wrenching skills. There's a 1926 JD listed right now. sigh.

I too spend alot of time checking bikes on ebay. I like to see what others have done with their bikes and ebay is a great place to do it. I've downloaded hudreds of pics that I keep for inspiration. I've actually found it to be one of the best resources for checking out HD's. It's nice because you can realy narrow down your search and just check out the bikes that appeal to you.

Everytime I search Ebay, I spend money...[&o] If you're careful and know exactly what you want and what you're willing to pay for it, then you can get some great deals. I set my limits at 60% of retail cost if the item is new, 30% of retail if the item is used. So far I figure I've spent $1000 on my bike but saved close to $3000 over buying from the dealer/catalogs. Example lately is my 16" bars that I just put on my bike. Got bars and all the stainless cables for $200 even, never used or put on the bike. I couldn't get a set of bars for that cost let alone the whole thing. Spent 4 hours doing the work myself and saved another $500 labor charges.

As far as looking at bikes, I like to hang out at the dealership and various MC events.

As far as looking for deals, I have had some luck on Ebay. I have had very good luck with the classified section right here.
