Question about cutting baffles in half?

I tried removing the baffles and was able to get one out. The other was stuck. I tried to knock it out with no results. Any ideas? I have the screamin Eagle slipons.

I was told you definetely want the pack presure. If not, shortens the life of the engine.

Not sure about the baffle but it would only hurt engine if not setup right and ran lean.

I have no comment on the baffles,I just wanted too say how good your bike looks bl33d,hard to believe that is a 91,very clean

Hey thanks alot. Kid in town bought a new nightster and i rolled up shortly after and one guy said sweet bike what yr i said 91 and he couldent believe it he thought i just bought my bike to lol.

Why not buy a cheap pair from JP Cycles I think there $4. I think they sell a 4 inch long model. That should quiet it down a bit and add some back pressure.
