It is $1,899.00. My son put a Dragon Slayer Black Mamba on his 2006 Wide Glide this winter and it is beautiful. He has posted about it on this forum under man4mopar. He also has pictures of its installation with his posts.

The 09 CVO Springer is based on a Rocker frame. Not exactly the same but 90% the same.

I need to correct my error. I thought the swingarm on the CVO Springer Softail and the Rocker were different, but with a little more research this what I found:

MotorCycle Cruiser.com
2009 Harley-Davidson CVO Motorcycles
By Evan Kay

“The CVO Softail Springer returns for 2009, but it's really a new bike-this time based on the '08 Rocker swingarm and frame (except for the steering head).”

Motorycle.com
2009 Harley-Davidson CVO Models Review
By Pete Brissette, Jul. 22, 2008

“Further functional changes include a new frame complemented by suspension that is, although specific to the Springer, tuned similar to the Rocker and other Softail models.”

MotorCycleUSA.com
2009 Harley-Davidson CVO First Rides
By Bryan Harley

“The 2009 version uses the Rockertail frame and chrome-plated wide swingarm introduced in the 2008 Rocker where a form-fitting fender is mounted directly to the swingarm over the rear tire. The Rocker was already equipped to run on a 240mm rear tire, so the CVO Springer rolls on the same.”

My apologies to those I questioned!

No reason a springer can not be mounted to a Rocker as long as the geometry of the new front end is calculated to be in a good range. I believe the rocker has enough rake in it to have offset triple clamps which would help in installing a springer like the dragon I have just installed or any other wide tree spread springer. Otherwise the top tripple may hit the tank without enough turn in trees. Where there is a will there is a way.
Here is my post of the Dragon springer being installed along with other mods to my dyna. Some info could translate over to the softails too. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...-it-comes.html

I have both Rocker and CVO springer, the CVO is basicly the Rocker but I find the Cvo to be slightly lower than the Rocker all round, I tend to scrape the pegs more and feel like the back end is lower as well,
