What are you looking for specifically?

There should be two mounting bolts on the side of the fender that feed through the top of the bags, then nuts put on.
Then there should be a bracket that mounts to the frame.

Hopefully these pics will help.

Your bags aren't "leaking", the water is coming in through the "OPENING".

I clean my bike constantly, and Condition the leather as needed, mine is two to three months for conditioning. The bags did start loosing the shape, and I got the kit from "Got Saggy Bags". Put them in last week, and I am impressed! The peices fit snugly, instructions were good. I don't do a lot of recommendations, but would do their kit.

X2, Papabags are great! It brought mine back to life quickly along with leather treatment. Strongly recommend putting them on when you first get the bike. They are hard to restretch your bag once they have sagged. My did but you can see by my signature they did come back. The signature pic is my bike three years old. The bike is 100% in the AZ sun, I do not have a garage.
