Default 150mm?

I have a 2003 standard with the stock 150mm, my question is can I go to a 160mm with no problem or will I need to adjust or buy new parts? To be honest I am not mechanically inclined like most of you so if it means any adjustments I will probably leave the 150 mm alone.

You might have clearance issues with the wiring inside the fender, depending on where it runs on your bike. A lot of people go to 160's and have had no issues, but personally I'd stay with a 150 to ensure a problem free life of my bike.

The Metzler 160 ME880 will slip right in. Some of these tires are not true to size. The ME880 is about the same size as an Avon venom 150.

Enjoy the classic old school narrow *** end of yer' bike.... Dang that sounded wierd as heck.

I doubt most people could tell the difference between 150 and 160 anyway, even if they were sitting side by side. Not worth the expense, if any, and as was said above, not worth the potential for problems, for an extra 10mm.
