Thanks for the info. I usually have it done at the dealer but money is tight. I didn't forget the crankcase that was the easy one. I have a service manual ordered but not here yet. Sorry if I sound like an idiot but I'm a novice when it comes to bikes.

You were told correctly, "there is no stupid question". Some times I find it easier to ask here than look it up, but they are right, the manual covers most but, not all information. Don't stop asking, but realize these are the same people against the biker wave and there are those who forget we are sticking together by asking "stupid questions" relying on the experienced ones to answer.

The first thing I wanted to know when I got here was how to change all the oil. No one would tell me and said buy a manual. Needless to say I ordered one and eventually learned how to change all 3, but I thought it was lame that no one would tell me.
