Hi everyone.
Been riding for many years now and I am finally prepared to purchase my first HD. I think I am set on an '08 night train (if I can find one) and if not, the '09. My hope is that someone can advise me as to what I could expect to negotiate the price down to in upstate NY. Now I know that the economy is not the greatest right now so that tells me that I can probably get a good deal but I am not sure what kind of deal can be had right now. Anyone out there had any luck lately?
Thanks in advance and my apologies for the newb question.
Buy a used one... Smokin deals out there right now.
I saw that to too a couple of days ago on the Charter homepage business section.SuperGlide, dyna SG Custom,Night Train and a couple of touring models and 1 other I can't remember.G.
A good price is a state of mind. If you can afford it go in and buy it, the sales people at the "stealership" are people too and have bills to pay just as well as you do. Please dont take this the wrong way.
Not for next year they are droping about 6 bikes and the NightTrain is one of them i dont know if its just for a year or more, im hopeing that they are bring the BadBoy back but im not holding my breath waithing LOL.
The basic rocker is also droped for next year i carnt remember the others.
rule of thumb, is it seems no matter what your deal is, later someone has a better one somewhere else. just get the one that Your happy with and go for it....
