heritage bag question

is there any way for a quick detach for the bags so when they are off it doesnt have those big bolts still sticking out like fraknesteins neck?

If there were no bolts, what would the bags hang from?

Look at Bubbas Quick Release System, faster to remove the bags and when they are off almost no visable signs of the bracket

Saddle Bag response

I always rub my bag mounts with Never Dull when the bags are off which cleans them up nice and have a nice chrome Nut that covers the end. Doesn't look bad although that doesn't sound real good I guess!

I just went to the dealer and picked up 4 more fender strut bolts. Cost about 6 bucks. When I remove the bags, I replace the long bolts with the fender strut bolts.
