Oil pressure ?

Evo no oil pressure
I replaced the lower case, and now no oil pressure oil filter is full, but the light will not go off, I reved the engine and it went off but back on at idle, I pulled all three plugs, one the spring and ball, two the spring and filter, the third just a spring, I thought the rear outside plug was suppose to have a spring and a sleeve or bypass valve but it is not there.
