I have looked through some threads and have seen a few but..... which side mount plate is the best for the money for my Rocker? I am gonna chop the rear fender almost in half and expose the rear tire, so I need to relocate the plate. Suggestions on blinkers would be nice too.
I found a side plate on ebay and you can see my pictures below how I relocated my blinkers when I chopped my fender. Basically I just moved them back on the fender which works great for me.

Thanks guys
I found it on eBay, but it is no longer offered. There are two versions - one that fits under the passenger peg or on the rear axle; and another version that fits under the rail bolt. I have had both, but preferred the rail bolt version. Try contacting this vendor http://www.texasproudcustom.com/home.html
i got the Heartland side mount (horizontal) I love it cause it's on a hinge and it folds in (for those times when you don't want people to see your plate wink, wink). hahahaha
it also makes it easy when you are moving the bike and you happen to kick the plate mount, it folds right in.
