Hey everyone. I'm just letting everyone know that I found a good deal on Jardine Highway bars. Some store has them on ebay for around 60 bucks shipping included. They have around 10 left. Here's the link. I got mine within two days of winning and there were no problems with it. No, I don't work for them or anything. Just trying to pass along a good deal.
I thought 00-06, maybe even through 09, are the same? The lower mounting brackets in the eBay ad do not look like they will fit my 06? Anyone know for sure?
Btw - this should probably be in the softail classified section...

Well I'm not selling them so I wasn't sure if I should and plus, I don't have enough posts to post there. But yeah it should fit your 06. They are the same bars listed here on JP Cycles.
The look the same, EXCEPT the bottom mounts look different than other bars. Hard to tell, but I think even the JP link you provided, the lower mounts look diff than the eBay ones?
Also, if you compare the lower mounts on the eBay bars to these bars, they are also different. The mounts for my 06 seem to be like these bars, not the eBay bars. Just trying to confirm if these will fit my 06... I do appreciate the lead, hopefully they will fit...
They'll fit. For some reason on the ebay ones, the bottom mount is bent. But the one you'll get won't be. At least mine weren't. All the mounts are the same for 00-later fatboys. If you look at the engine guards on the harley website, you'll see that it says they fit 00-later fatboys. I can try and take a picture of mine this weekend if you want, but the bars will fit. Hope that helps.
Now they have one set less. Thanks for the link and the info. Now I can buy some more goodies for the bike with the money I was going to put toward the bars.
