Default rocker at 5'6" ?

Hey im just wondering, I bought a rocker a couple of months ago in iraq and im due to pick it up the end of june while im home on mid tour leave from iraq and have already spent a lot of money on it for aftermarket parts to include the heartland kit. Now my question is will i be able to reach the controls with only being 5'6"? May seem like a dumb ? but i have seen a lot of threads recently that seem to show that i might not be able to. And if this is the case is there a way to fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys.

I am 5'7", and reach the controls on a rocker ok.
Seems like all the taller riders I have seen on rockers, sit on the rear edge of the seat rather than in the bucket.
But, you will probably want to lower the rear.

you can take two people 5' 6" and one may have longer legs than the other. i hear your concern, you want to come back and be able to get on it and ride, not have to wait another week while they modify the pegs, if they need it. id contact the place you bought it from and see if they have someone there thats 5' 6" snd ask them to try it out for fitment. i have a 90 fxstc and im 5' 10", a friend of mine is 5' 6" and doesnt come close to reaching the forward controls. guess your just going to have to wait and see, either way youll be riding it sooner or later. besides thts part of the fun, waiting to get it done.

Height does not always refer to inseam length... which is what counts on the seat height level..

I am on 5'7" with a 29" inseam. I have never had a problem with reaching any forward controls. I think you should be just fine.

Buy yourself a pair of riding boots. I am 2" taller with those on!

Should be no problem, I'm 5'9' and could be a little more stretched out on my Roc. Both feet are flat footed when stopped with 31" inseam.

Im 5'6, 5'7 with spiked hair. You shouldnt have any trouble with an aftermarket seat.. The OEM seat sits higher due to the hidden passenger seat. Be safe and thanks for your service..
