Prolly better put on mods for under $50... But skills there are serious, I have limited access to tools.
I woke up today with the need for relocating the former windshield bag from the back of my license plate (yes, as predicted it scratched the paint from the rear fender)... I decided to turn that whindshield bag into a mini-saddlebag
Dremel, 11"x1.25" steel sheet metal, can of black mate paint, drill, two alcohol -free beers and an hour work.
I like it too. Good work. Wish I had skills like that. If I would've tried it, it would have been a few pale ales (non-non-alcoholic). Would've looked like crap so I would try to redo it (couple more pale ales), making it worse. Then I would have brought out the Patron and said f*ck it. Of course, I never would have thought to put a windshied bag there. Some people have vision. Others just pay the price.
